I can't take pictures with the back camera if it's on flash on snapchat. Does anyone know how to fix this??

Put reports on Snapchat for those ones.

When I go to my settings and select battery, is shows that my screen is at 96%! I dimmed my screen, it's set to idle after 30 seconds, I make sure I close everything out when I'm done using it and it's running so high! Any suggestions??

I've had my ZTE Zmax for a few hours and I am impressed. Its lightning fast, beautifully designed. When I went to Walmart to get it (I know, I know. Walmart is the devil. lol). After the nice lady set it up, she made sure that it worked completely.
She said sometimes there are issues and glitches that require them to reboot the entire system (factory reset).
I had to go to 3 stores to find one. The first 2 were completely sold out, so it seems to be really popular.
Found a protective case, carry case with belt clip and screen protector for about $20.00 total.
Love the Internal Memory. Its loud and clear on calls. Volume is loud, the screen brightness is nice and bright (you have to know how to adjust it). Camera is clear and the detail is amazing.
Ok. I will say that the tool to open the slots for the SD Card and the Sim Card was annoying. You have to play with it, especially if your not used to that kind of thing. Its not a major thing, but when your used to just sliding or pushing the SD Card in, no tool required. Its a whole new and frustrating experience.
Other then that? Its been amazing. It doesn't take anything away from the phone at all.
Its $179.99 at Walmart. Plus a 2 yr protection warranty, it puts it at about $206.00 total.
Plus the Activation kit. I chose Walmart Family Mobile ($25.00) for activation kit. Unlimited Talk, Tex, Data (500MB). For $29.88 a month. Plus taxes it might be $35.00 total. They have other plans that have higher Data. Unlimited Talk, Tex, Data (2.5GB) for $39.88. I don't need the 2.5 GB data. I surf the web mostly at home on my laptop.
As for the functions. Read the booklet, play with it and learn about it. The booklet covers a lot. I'm pretty decent tech wise, so I had 99% of it figured out immediately. The only issue that I was unsure about, was the vibrate on call connect. However, what another user wrote. It helped out a lot.
Also, read the reviews. It will help you learn about your phone, because those that are tech savvy share what they know.
Oh. As for WiFi Calling. For those that don't have it and you get that pop up. Just turn it off, phone functions fine without it on.
Will update as time goes on.

Thank you, that vibrate when call connected was driving me nuts.
On my ZTE Zmax. There was no preferences & layoouts.
It's right there in google keyboard and settings.
They might have changed it a bit and then put it back out.
I don't know, but I thought I would add this. Just extra handy information.

The black screen with the light flashing from green to red.
Sounds like a phone reboot. My ZTE Majesty with Straight Talk does this. Its not 15 min though. The bigger the system, the slower the reboot.

I've had the zte max for almost 2 months and when I record a video on the phone or on Snapchat I can't hear any sound. And yes the volume is all the way up. Also on Snapchat when I try to take a picture with the back flash it never even takes the picture, and the flash just stays on untill I close out the app.

On my way home crying. My zmax won't charge. Metro is going to replace it with a little ass Samsung. I love my screen. The photos are beautiful. Yet the phone freezes frequently. Y get kicked out of games.yet I love this phone. My last post its dying. Its time to make you the phone manufacturers more responsible before u put products on the street that's going to waste our money.
