In any case, my point is not to say iOS is better, just different. There are advantages to Android which iOS does not have. At the end of the day, we should choose what is best suited to us.

This is going to be very interesting. Consumer Reports are still evaluating the iPhone 4S.
Last year, it was the Android fanboys darling organisation. Sooooo unbiased, so incorruptible and so truthful in the antennagate decision not to recommend.
Now watch, if Consumer Reports says iPhone 4S is a good phone, how the Android fanboys will suddenly say Apple paid, its the worst site on earth, they are biased etc etc. LOL.
Can't wait.

However, the reviews have been pretty consistent across the board, across multiple sites, and even Android users, writing good reviews about the iPhone 4S.
This is really an excellent phone, and I can't wait to get my two units that I have ordered. You don't like it, fine, don't buy it. I would never limit myself to a brand due to some stupid ideology. If an Android or WP7 phone comes along and suits me better, I would buy that, what's the big deal.

Phones, like with anything in life, are all about personal taste and affordability. I say if it suits your purpose and your happy then good for you. Personally I think there are more pros to android than iphone. Depending on your budget and taste there are so many android phones to choose from and the customisation options to suit your needs are more vast. In my honest opinion I feel apple consumers are being ripped off. Not only do i feel all apple products are overpriced, it's also appauling how slow they roll out their technology only to make themselves richer. Yes, I do believe the iphone is 1st class, ultra refined and very reliable, but by no means perfect and/or better than android. Just because you pay more does not mean you getting more. Andoid has caught up, if not even overtook apple, in a very short space of time. If apple is so superior they should be miles ahead of the race, which i'm sorry to say they are not. I believe that they are simply a niche market for those who need bragging rights or need to "believe" they have the best therefor are the best. We talking about phones that cost a fraction of the price of an iphone but can get the same job done, if not better. The sadddest part of all is most of you kids posting hate mail dont even use a phone for its intended purpose. Don't hate, respect the next persons opinion as you would like yours to be. And to those of you who can't respect that, don't even bother typing because nobody is taking you seriously

Just look how android open apps, it looks like dead OS because there isn't those animations it just open apps, just like WP7 have everywhere little nice animations which make WP7 really feel alive even it still so simple UI but those animations really make a big difference.
Just watch how same 3rd apps (games etc) opens in both devices and which is faster, i bet iPhone 4S wins, too bad i didn't find any video about that. i'm still searching...

For a better comparison between the iPhone 4S and the Samsung Galaxy S2, download the video and play it in VLC player in slow motion in the places you think there is a close call between the two phones. You will see that inspite of the benchmarks being heavily in favour of the iPhone 4S(mentioned by gsmarena.com), the SGS 2 is faster than the iPhone 4S in loading the Calendar, Contacts, Maps & Web pages. Even the video recorded by the iPhone 4S is not as smooth as the SGS 2(notice the stuttering in the frames when the guy is moving the iPhone while recording the video).
