Well, for all the real tech lovers! I think that the most important thing, it will be that finally the Qualcomm Snapdragon 810, will be in the most perfect condition! To offer the best performance possible in a flagship smartphone that any tech lovers, etc will have in it! !!!!!

They run totally different OS (one - restricted & optimized for those restrictions, other - more open, optimization in progress). Not that there are no lags in IOS. it is there, people are just not ready to accept it. Btw, I am an ipad air owner. I don't have any android tablets to compare their performance. So don't accuse me of not owning one or biased.
But you can compare android tablets running Exynos/Snapdragon. Even now, Exynos has completely overtaken Snapdragon only in the CPU part. what is more important in game play is - GPU. GPUs in Exynos chipset were way behind Adreno GPUs in SD SoCs. That was why Exynos devices sucked in actual performance in last couple of years. But I think Samsung has caught up on GPU in Exynos as well compared to SD now. So there is a very good chance Exynos powered devices will be far better than SD powered devices this year.

Snapdragon 810 is 20nm junk. The Exynos 7420 is built on the 14nm manufacturing process and will absolutely outclass it in every conceivable way. Clock speed, graphics, and most importantly, thermal output. Qualcomm screwed up, and it's time they pay the price. Now the only thing left to do is for Samsung to release the source code so that custom rom support isn't bottlenecked by their ignorance.

I started to like Exynos finally getting the upper hand, and I gotta give it to Samsung for making it so. But all the diehard Exynos/Samsung fans spewing out "crapdragon" etc is really making it hard to look up to Exynos.

As for real life performance of Exynos just try any Exynos equipped Galaxy Tab S, experienced performance is way less than iPad 2, lots of dropped frames in simple games that can run on old single core android devices from 2010 cannot run on octa core 2014 "high end" hardware? Makes sense for you? I rest my case.
