      I see people who bought these devices are the looser. I am sure samsung might have discovered this issue while developing the phone. Now they are using this as stick to QCom, for better bargaining for next chipsets used in S6. But what about the peopel who bought samsung device having this bad quality chip?

                Seems like people didnt bother to read, or didnt bother to think. It the implication of Qualcoms special treatment of Samsung that LG is suing it for. Not just because of S810 overheat

                              There is an overheating issue, it's just Samsung being very clever, as Qualcomm are a massive danger to them in the chipset industry. I shall certainly being choosing snapdragon again for my next device next year, probably be the s820, will never buy that rubbish exynos, who wants second rate components in an expensive high end device.

                                you would of thought when designing a chipset. cooling would be a priority, clearly not in Qualcomm's mind. Hence why i have a super cool Iphone 6. not over clocked snapdragon device, so hence no over heating.

                                  LOL, you refused to admit there is a problem and claimed 810 performs just fine. It's your own fault for not purchasing a "special" version. If yhe regular version performs fine, then why getting angry and suing? Of course we all knew there will really be problems

                                    Qualcomm exclusively makes ICs, so it's incredible that Samsung apparently has a better SOC now. Of course, their SOC does not have a modem.

                                        800 = 801 = 805 = 810, whats the big difference seconds of processing, big deal
