    A certain expectation of a particular standard of performance of the S7's camera is a given, that is to say, we know it will be should be very good indeed. Plus I actually have some brief hands on time with the device, and have taken some shots with it. And I can tell you that my initial impressions were very positive, if fact I was blown away by the speed of the camera, and the pictures looked amazing (at least on the device screen itself).

    But can I (or anyone) say it's be better or worse than the competition at this stage, no. That was the point I was trying to make.

              Not surprised at all, there was nothing remaining to be done on Z series. I'm sure no one wants whichever company to keep on unveiling the same thing over and over again.

                Well, I would've thought that they would continue up to the Z9, but I guess X sounds better than Z. But the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium is still beastin'.

                    And what do you mean by 'seen' it anyway??? I watched the Samsung unpacked event, and my local Samsung Experience store (where I have pre-ordered) actually has both the S7 & S7 Edge in the store for demonstration, so I have seen and have hands on time with them.

                    Would you not order the newest Sony product under similar circumstances if you liked what you had seen???

                    Whatever implication you were trying to achieve is as pointless as your iPhone user / brains remark.

                                  Very good, i dont like glass back phone, its not practical. Compact series need little better Camera. Dimensions are very good, not only thickness is important (silly chase millimeters), but the quality. Physical buttons is important, camera software should be expanded, more options. Next Compact phone should be rly good if Sony improve a couple of causes (screen crack). But they cant raise prices like last (Z5C It is too expensive).
