I don't know of a single person that puts their mobile in an overhead bin whilst on a flight. Not a single one.

Im glad this is happening becuase Samsung will create more advances failsafes and desicated chips for battery so no cheap batteries will work with future samsung phones. This will never happen in future from Samsung. It may be the first OEM who will actually evolve battery tech to whole new lvl

Don't worry, Samsung have the world best customer service, then a recall to change or replace the faulty unit is possibility. Just bless yourselves.

N... moreyou've made a good point man , but is he gonna be in such bad situation if for example certain fruit company that starts on ''A'' is maybe financing his lawyer ? just saying .... I mean they faked 9 / 11 and no-one given a crap , compared to that some phone catching fire is a joke ... who can say that there will be even any proper investigation regarding this incident ?

when some of the note7 phones explode, some says bring back removable battery.
when this old note2 catches fire, some says Samsung should not make phone with removable battery because it will just easily replaced a cheap battery, WTH r u guys dr ugs or what? my gd I hate drugs...
