The way Apple follows is just better than pushing 8 weak cores just to brag about the number of cores

JordanBaby, 30 Mar 2017Samsung has to make a non-volatile RAM to pair that monster... moreWhat the hell... what has RAM to do with single core score?

comingfromreddit, 30 Mar 2017Funny how apple is still unbeatable in single core...That because android and ios is different. Gsma had explained this before. You cant really compare android with apple but you can compare apple with apple. That is the only way to see if ios had improved from its previous generation.

comingfromreddit, 30 Mar 2017Funny how apple is still unbeatable in single core...Yes, because Apple has only two cores to competitor's 8 cores. You can't put 8 of these cores on a chip and expect reasonable power consumption and heat, so more cores means less power per core.

Apple's dual core design is also the reason for it's abysmal battery life.

Funny how apple is still unbeatable in single core...

Samsung has to make a non-volatile RAM to pair that monster multi-core score with blazing single-core score. Even Sony is reportedly going to use NVMe chips on their Xperia lineup from their PlayStation consoles, along with OLED display from their Bravia A1E OLED TV
