It is slower than from the power plug.... moreExternal power banks Samsung pg 930,935 with 10.200 mah are charging identical like the phone's original chargers. My S7 edge with 3700 mah battery is charging in 1h 45 min sharp both from power bank and original charger. Normal S7 with 3000 mah is charging in 1h 10 min sharp from power bank and it's original charger. All Samsung phone chargers since S6 and expansive high end power banks deliver 9v at 1,67a.

Sami like all your top end phones are IP 68 now all phones in the future must MILT STD 810 G . All are phones are on "Active Duty " all the time.

This might be the next awesome thing on One's (that would be me) wish list.. But I can't stop to wonder; will they allow the dedicated Bixby button to be remapped freely or will they add another dedicated active button like on the S7 Active?

The power american carriers exhibit over phone makers never ceases to amaze me.
AT&T literally forces Samsung to develop a wholly new product, then limit it to an extremely small part of market...
And another example being Sony barred from enabling fingerprint sensors in US - just how ridicilously huge fine would there have to be to justify the obvious loss of sales??

Never really understood about these Active editions. Especially when consumer report can't recommend it over the non active version for water resistance.

What do you want to explain more ???

This doesn't make any sense. MIL-STD-810G is not a rating or a specification. It is a comprehensive military standard describing ways to perform environmental testing on equipment. When a cell phone says "MIL-STD-810G" it could mean anything or nothing.

Try the case and you will see it charge slower than directly from the power plug at home. The s7 exynos charged from 10%-100% in 58 minutes with power plug. Go ahead and check your case and match that time.

Also these external batteries pg 930,935 can be charged with the chargers of S6,7,8 or tab s3 at the same current 9v and 1.67a. So it has identical input and output current.
