The worst is that in Brazil it will take even longer.
Android Marshmallow pro G3 arrived in January 2016 in Europe and in November 2016 in Brazil.

Never buy any phone from lg i baught lg g4 and i expected something great from lg after one year the motherboard got complaint very bad experience from lg

Seriously is this handset still been used. Almost every user faced bootloop issue in g4. And almost every handset were replaced or scraped.

But it's better than the ironic update cycle, where the A series are worse supported than the J series.

i had the same issue, i called again and told them i was promised by an lg representative that my phone will get fixed. then the dude just said okay and sent me the shipping label.
