*Patiently waits for 8600 Sirocco edition to be equipped with 1GB memory or more*

Sux to have 128MB even this late in the mobile industry's ever growing age. I'd bet every nokia fans collective asses on the line there is a Sirocco edition for 8600 planned in the near future(in 6 months or something) after 8600's release. Corporate shenanigans, just love how they make plans to rip every rich person of their belongings but not that I care. Not rich you see.

Why do people keep complaining about the battery being crap? I just don't understand it, what is so hard about charging it? It's like they are expecting something that has infinite battery life. Are you that lazy? YES. God. Snap out of it you immature dick head.

I have always had an 8000 series fone since the 8850 and have never wanted to use anything other than them. I'm a basic user lots of fone calls and a few texts camera and mp3 are not really top of my priority.

I have a blackberry for all my work needs thus all excuses or so called flaws have no significance all I want is a handset that looks good. Not one the nearest 16 year old chav is blaring some rubbish out of its loudspeaker on the train.

I went in to Carphone Warehouse Yesterday to see the handset I was pleasently surprised at how sleek and smart it is. Well in keeping with the tradition of 8000 series. The only off putting thing was the slightly tacky rubber back on it.

I will definately getting mine once Vodafone range it in the UK Which hopefully should be in the next couple of months.

to the ones who says that the phone is not worth it and it's not as good as this and that phone... please... this debate has been started from the 8800... and the fact that different people has different perspective...

i've been using the high 8 series since the 8910, then 8910i, 8800 and followed by the sirocco.

bought them all for $1,600AUD... and it's well worth the price... it's something that would attract attention.

further... i would love to re-emphasis that a phone is a phone, as long as it serves the purpose of a phone, it's got all the features.

Oh my god this phone is SEX. I just got it a few days ago and it is just insane...I even forgot how much it costed! To the people who keep complaining about the battery, i've gone 2 days without charging. Stop bashing OH NOKIA BATTERY SUCKS, get your butt up and get a car charger or something. The design is so precise and very high quality, smooth, sexy, elegant, it is a head turner. No doubt. The functions are better than the Sirocco by a bit and added new functions as well as better visuals and such. Seriously, the price tag is well worth it and I can understand why it costs a bit (to those who are brainless, the materials used are pretty high quality and the production is probably pretty high, remember the ps3? High production cost). But overall this phone surely isn't for the young ones and whiners about mem cards and battery life. If you are looking for a work of art, you need not look further. Nokia 8600 Luna is the phone for you.

i work for cpw to be honest it is a nice phone to look at plus the battery lasts longer than the 8800 and 8800s thank god features bout the same of most mid range phones on the market but why do nokia never but a memory card slot on it or even give it 1gb internal memory. it will be interesting to see if it will retain its value like its predecessors

Pretty cool Nokia... NOT!!! Design - Ultra sweet, no doubt... AND THAT'S IT!!! Because, as for its specs, it places itself 5 years back. What a pathetic shame, by the 'globaly largest' mobile creator!...
