I agree Samsung are not the brains. Even Android comes from people who used to work for Apple. However Apple closed out a bigger market share by product like iTunes and handcuffs to Apple. Sure Apple produce 3-4 times as much operating profit per mobile than Samsung, and though I like Apple for many years, they have to be more street wise with market trends. Frankly we are some years away from real mobile development, which will be software driven, not hardware, so I do not get so excited with dual core processes etc. So what. For Samsung they have to watch their balance sheet, not Apple.

- sensor size
- ISO handling capability
- S:N ratio
- megapixels
So if you need decent cameras and says that you can't get your DSLR in your jeans pocket, the solution is simply not by jamming double the megapixel count into the same sensor size.. unless of course you have a 36mmX25mm sensor size in your phone.. then maybe you could jam 25megapixels there.. quality doesn't necessarily means quantity..

User exp. of apple is a big crap, only dumb people like the exp of using apple. I allready have SGII and i phone 4 and i also got HTC S. but the best that i have is SGII and HTC, apple is a big crap that makes me regret of buying it.. apple apps? damn!!!!

I would love to see Sony-Ericsson calling to court all the mobile phone produces for what you may ask...For haveing touch-screen phones...yes you read write SE are the 1st company who made touch-screen phones back in 2002 after that nokia made one 2003...So if the big company samsung has a problem its cuz they say:"We make the processor,we make the gpu,we make the ram...But still iPhone is better and sells more...How come?Simple guys its your beloved OS also called Android"...No matter what ppl say no matter what samsung does one thing is for sure iPhone beats by far the products that samsungs make...Why cuz iOS 128ram android 300+...Apple 3.5" samsungs makes big screens but lower rez and you cant use Galaxy S2 with the same hand that your holding it,that suck...As far as this topic goes...In my humble opinion is that samsung saw the sells and saw that there high-end cell cant compete with Apples prod they start pulling things like this...To be honest I own an iPhone 4 and if I will change it ,I'll prob change it to LG P920 or 4S never samsung why?Cuz I acutly hold a samsung S2 and LG P920 and trust me with no overclocked proc samsung cant hold up...But idd samsung has good phones not best they will never be best...Age of Nokia gonna samsung belived they will be #1 WW but apple enterd the game and this is why they are pissed of...Sorry samsung you are only the low cost work force...Not the brains

The user experience of using an iPhone is just simply worth more than what you can see on the specs sheet! Only novice compares hardware specs.

So yeah - where is your argument going?

I am not sure "extremely hard to obtain" is accurate. Usually a court will grant an order for disclosure of evidence necessary to assess whether a legal right has been infringed if the applicant establishes a reasonable basis to believe there may have been an infringement. The difficult issue is working out appropriate protections for Apple's rights but this is not insurmountable.
