Andriod Phone manufacturers(Samsung LG) should start selling their phones without any OS!!! That's right.. Keep the basic calling options(some basic software). Give the users option to install Android on it.. i.e. make it compatible to install the latest android on the cell but don't sell it pre-installed. So Apple can neither sue The OEM's nor Google.. They definitely can't go on suing the end users!!!

Don't come down on Apple. Business is business. If Apple was being unreasonable, it wouldn't be awarded anything. If it's awarded something, then Android did something wrong & should pay the price.

Apple is just too aggressive. All these legal wars will lead to nothing!
I just wish they concentrate on work at hand and allow samsung to mould a stunning galaxy s3, or 3d.
Apple mimick some Samsung new innovations, for instance, the voice app, They renamed it siri. Apple must learn to share and prove their best by constancy not rigidity.

It doesn't take a genius to work out that ALL sides have somewhat dubious claims to 'inventing' X or Y feature and there are many patents, for example, that have been purchased by companies instead of them doing this inventing themselves.
Another often ignored fact is that the actual import and implementation of a feature from another OS is not always as beneficial as it might seem. Just adding something because another handset has it can actually affect the user experience in a negative way.
A great example is my first iPhone (the 4s) which I got recently after having my Galaxy S for 19 months. Apple have included an Android-style notification bar; but it is hopelessly clumsy and badly implemented. It pops up for seemingly no reason whatsoever and I can't do all the things that I could do with it on my Galaxy S. So not only does it completely go against the impression Apple like to give, ie that they are leading innovation, but it also undermines their main strength, which is to provide the best and most seamless user experience possible.
Come on guys, sort yourselves out.

Google are thieves who copy everything, plain and simple.
They take the work of others, load it up with advertising and give it away for "free".
Oracle, Microsoft, British Telecom and Apple are all protecting their stolen intellectual property, as is their right under the law.
