for other fandroids out there...again...lets give the imaging and camera capabilities to Nokia. Show some respect where its due. Learn where and when to bow down. even warriors before recognizes and respect a worthwhile opponents. O.S. and manufacturers have their own turf. Give nokia the imaging, anyway damian dinning said "Nokia Won't be Sharing the Technology". deep inside us android fans we crave this as well(41 meg is something we can't ignore). let's be honest, we can't get everything, as the nokia and apple fanboys can't get everything too. IOS holds the title for the most stable OS, Blackberry for the most secure, Android for speed and multi tasking... dunno for Symbian (no offense meant). let's just bow down to nokia on this one. atleast for the imaging part(not the OS and Design).

Lots of people saying "808 is all about camera and battery. Shitty OS". That's not true.
I bet they're saying it based on:
- N97 / 5800 etc...
- Specs sheet
However you must know that:
- Nokia Belle is light years ahead the old Symbian S60v5 (N97, 5800, X6, etc) and even ahead S^3 (first OS on N8, C6-01, E7, etc)... still need to get better in some things, but every OS has is weak points (example: iOS and WP being sooo close, Android being HW and data connections hungry, etc). Symbian is the OS which can do most things than anything else (it has "Android-esque" free philosophy)
- 808 might have just 1 core (1.3 GHZ, tho), and 512 RAM... but Symbian is very light and efficient. So it does with those specs what an Android would do with a 1.5 Ghz dual core... but with a lil longer battery life :)
Try a 701 / 700 / 603 or-better- 808 before talkin shit about Nokia and its Nokia Belle. Symbian till ^3 was crap. With Symbian Anna things got lil better. Nokia Belle is simply very good.

Why didnt you upload the full size pictures because the pictures presnt on the article are pretty soft and we cant get a good idea what the 808 can do.

adamsinho, 04 Mar 2012its not all about megapixels and its obvious in the samples.get a VGA camera instead of megapixel camera those samples are crop "go to google.com type CROP photos and get the meaning of Crop" then just crop the images from any high-end 8MP camera phone and see how it looks if you still don't change your opinion than get your eyes checked

symbian belle is not the best OS in my own opinion. but it is a fully functional and battery efficient OS. i have android and my classmate has a nokia running on symbian. not the best experience exploring her device but the OS is very capable.

I'm loving it. But my advise is that, it would be 100% sexy, gorgeous, amazing if it's of 10mm thick.
So The phone is More about 20gm heavier..
I think due to large camera it's very thick.
Y no 32gb storage?
Symbian wil come back to track.. Symbian made it's way to full hd. When it'll support high resolution display then there wil be a game change.. For now, developer should make tons of apps for it. For that nokia should treat symbian as WP.
Does belle fp1 has new camera ui? And did they fixed lag in browser while zooming in & out?
