I haven't have any Window Phone yet nor use this OS ever.But because Windows Mobiles are so Costly but now I'll Must Use this OS ... Due to Affordable Price tag and Great Designed, When will it come to Pakistan

Really interested in getting one, of course, for the right price! Lumia 710 is selling here at 13k-15k price points. Hope it will be priced below 11k PHP.
