HTC needs to get their devices as widely available as possible. Get the One X and One S on as many carriers and in as many countries as they possibly can. Also, it would be nice if they started making phones with keyboards again.

Where do HTC think Nokia and Samsung get most of their money from? Emerging markets is where the money is really at as. They cant fully compete with Samsung in the higher tier, their marketing ain't that great.

Are they throwing a jab at Samsung's android QVGA devices?
I agree with the CEO's statement. And HVGA should be the standard lowest screen resolution for android devices.
