Or you just google and bashing around? Using which aperture to do testing to prove exmor r are bad or not? If you are really that so good in photography... you will know the diff f:size from sony and the other brand. Iam not saying exmor are perfect. But its a good stuff and very helpfull to capture scene against direct sunlight. And the focus issue are not only happen to sony only. Try used other brand and focus spot in dark area. Its will be a same result "out focus" same thing happen to dslr world. If you cant take a good picture never put all the blame on the devices to cover up how not go you are taking photos.

It is available for Pre-order on Amazon $699 with a July 8 release date. Nokia has confirmed it will work on fine on T-mobile's 3g network.

I truly don't believe Apps got anyone anywhere and I truly do believe there is such a thing as too many apps. Remember, Apple originally started in the notion that success was built on the quality of product, not quantity of applications... unfortunately, look at it now, there's so many apps for so many things and Nokia/Symbian and WP are rampant to catch up even though people don't need massive quantities of solutions, but key apps that solve it efficiently... yes, I know this concept doesn't look good to the whole app community, but it definitely relieves the incessant requirement to wade through the sewage.
And why so suddenly the resolution is most important and it's what determines quality of product? Why or when did chip processing cores and such technicalities become such a sought after commodity? Like numerous fanboys before me, the symbian and wp ecosystems are small, but they are very efficient in their use of even the lower end processors (relative to competition)... and with lower resolutions, to produce a very stable and quality product... reminiscent of the Videogame console vs PC wars: you don't need 8 cores of processing and 128 gb ram and a 25x16 resolution to play your video game the best... that's why dedicated consoles were made with less power, less ram and relatively better games so that you can just turn it on and jump right in and enjoy and it did extremely will against more powerful and power hungry systems!
To me, Nokia is right in developing very functional (yet somewhat crazy) prototypes. The kinetic phone charger that charges itself in your pocket as you move. The goofy (although somewhat phallic) phone that stands up when it rings to inform you that your phone is visibly ringing. The 808 should be successful because there is nothing out there like it and it lends itself to innovate more-so than Android for the masses and iOS for the masses who can afford it. Popularity wins here :( not innovation ...

But the problem with this phone and Nokia in general is that millions upon millions of people DO want nicer screens and want lots of apps (look at the sales figures of the iPhone and the Galaxy range alone - and then factor in all the other manufacturers like HTC, LG, Sony, etc.)
And what you have to remember is, that cameras (of course nowhere near as good as Pureview) on phones are getting to a stage now where they take often excellent pictures, or certainly a quality of picture that is deemed more than adequate by the general public - and this is where the 808 loses out, you're sacrificing everything else for the sake of (what is perceived by the public) as 'slightly better photos'...
The trade-off is too great for the vast majority of people..
And then there's the point that people have invested heavily in their apps, etc. to move to a dying OS where it's not scheduled to last longer than a year or two - why would people do it?
Don't get me wrong, if this had had Windows on it, I'd probably have bought it, but there are way too many compromises for the sake of taking pictures, that yes, we all love to do, but that's not what you mostly use a phone for...

I like to play games but definitely not on a phone.
Some phones have true HD resolution screen but so what? It is also only limited to 5 inches only.
I would rather get a tablet with larger screen for gaming, reading, browsing website...etc.
But a phone for me should be able to capture real great images even in darker area. It should have loud and clear call quality. It should be able to play mp3 and FM radio. It should be able to be use as a mass storage device. Pureview and N8 have all these.

It's a shame, even when someone like myself gives a balanced view - it's LOL'd at and negged by Nokia fanboys...
I just had a quick look online now, UK release date supposedly 21st June (tomorrow)...
This phone isn't even searchable on Carphone Warehouse, Phones4U, etc.
And bearing in mind Nokia are losing money hand over fist, this is hardly a good sign of them increasing mobile share...
Like many Nokia fans have said, there's a phone for everyone, and some phones don't have to have the latest features to impress some - the 808 only really has one killer feature - the camera...
Like the entire mobile press have stated (not just general public) this phone is a demo model, just raise awareness of the Pureview technology, nothing more...
And of course, people's tastes have changed, there was a real interest in camera phones a few years ago with cybershots and xenon flashes and the whole megapixel race... now of course it's screen size / resolution, how thin a phone is, and the most important thing - APPS...
Billions of apps are downloaded every year, it gives longevity to a phone, stops it from becoming obsolete and opens it up to every kind of useful function...
And this, crucially is where the 808 fails... with developers not interested in it, sellers not selling it and carriers not subsidising it...
Ask yourself why?
Remember, Nokia don't have to convince their fans to buy their products, they have to convince EVERYONE ELSE... and unfortunately they're not convincing anyone with this release...
I only hope the Pureview Lumia sells next year or literally Nokia is no more...

I love my 2 yrs old N8 very much too.
Photos quality is still the best compare with the rest. Esp at night and darker area.
Video quality also superb with fantastic sound recording.
The upgraded web browser in belle is actually better than those non native browser imho.
N8 really helped me to captured loads of precious moment as i hate carying a bulky dedicated p&s camera.
I like the Youtube Downloader apps which allow me to download youtube video directly on my N8. The speed is really fast. (my contract comes with 12gb data plan).
I don't like a phone that have too many homescreen so i only set 4 of it. Too many homescreen defeat the purpose of convenient. I also like the ability to set different wallpaper for different homescreen unlike others.

BTW 41MP sensor is used just for producing noise free 8MP/5MP images that is what pureview tech is all about it also provide lossless zoom

Symbian is the most feature rich os. meego the best os. android the most popular and windows phone the most powerful. pick your niche.
n9/meego is dead in the water. iphone5/ios has yet to come out. Samsung gs3/android is a premium android. lumia 900/windows phone is great, maybe a lumia pureview in the future.
