Oh no way right? Lol. Fandroid delusion is a sad thing to see. For your information, Apple suffered losses as well as wins in the courts in the last week or two. Chillout. The courts are doing their job.

Actually Apple does not even have these "patents" because Swedish "Neonode" have the patent in USA... for "slide to unlock"!
Android have been able to search through multiple sources since Android version 1.0, and systemwide search since Froyo, and computers have been doing this for more than 10 years!
Apple should never have been allowed to patent the rectangular shape as on iPads!
Steve Jobs wanted to completly destroy Android, they do not want to give licenses they actually wants to hurt Samsung..., and that is the reason why Apple try to even use patents they do not even have to ban Androids from the market!

GOogle deserves this for keeping their scope limited to these big western markets and completely ignoring other major markets where they could make a direct mark on the user such as India Pakistan etc

That is how they halt the progress. I have to admit,I like the design and user friendliness of Iphone; however, I despise Apple practice to scream about its technological advances (very much arguable). I also hate the practice of bulling others for minute implementation of anything that might have been used by Apple. Just think what the suit is all about - Slide-to-unlock feature etc. Really!!? That is such a shame that the company that claims to be a corner stone of the latest technological brakes through has to reserve itself to such cheap shots. It is not even about some major code or a unique approach to, let say, search engine or GPS or whatnot technology. It's a huge indication of lost confidence and shift of priorities from the designing great devices to the nickelling-and diming others for the stupid minute things like already mentioned slide-to-unlock.

instead of improving their OS in IOS6 , they leave customer with crappy crippled update. make a true form of fragmentation, bashing other os in their own WWDC, and banning other better product with a childish patent, slide to unlock? really apple?

Here we go again, apple being cry babies and ultimately robbing the consumer of choice if this continues the only choice will be black or white iPhone, this has to stop!
Here's an idea Apple instead of sueing Samsung and google try beating them with better devices, google didn't sue you when you blatantly copied the notification bar. Competition is healthy and makes people raise their game. With this pathetic lawsuit battle the millions you've spent could have gone into R&D and made the iPhone and competing devices better instead of making $cum8ag lawyers even richer.

Apple is the worst company, no guts to fight.
They sue and ban whatever best selling phone.
Before Apple join mobile area, did you seen any such pattern infringing issue? Nope.
Apple just no guts, what a crap company that we call "kiasu (scare to lose), kiasi (scare to die)".

if i read correctly from other news articles, one of the patented features being infringed by the galaxy nexus is the slide to unlock feature. well, i can think of quite a few handsets from other OEMs that also utilize this feature. the xperia line-up for example. and apple is only pursuing charges against samsung. they are so threatened by samsung. XD

even if apple has great products,great ui,design etc. i won't buy any apple products solely because of this..bad legal practices..
