Apple's patents war on other smartphones is a strategic mistake, defiling and alienating its customers is going to be its demise and sooner rather than later the way things are going – then they will have nobody but themselves to blame. Crapple didn't develop the basic cellular telecommunications technologies upon which smartphones are based. They stole everything!!

Thats a great news. Apple is too greedy. All they want is a revenue. If there patent are infringed then they demand $10 per unit and while they infringe other patent then not more than $1 per iphone. What a shameless company.

Whoever win or lose, lawyers will get $$ lol.
They are paid high amount and get % bonus if they win.
And yes Motorola is the dinosaur of gsm.
They have lots of patents.
Nearly 20 years ago, I was the first guy to have a gsm at university...lol and it was a motorola 8200 I think

Apple should have thought before jumping into bandwagon of lawsuit war . Eventually God is there . Now they are losing every lawsuits everywhere humiliated and they are now on verge of being made pay . I am happy their arrogance has come to an end in middle of nowhere hahahahaha
