This guy from Jolla should keep his nails trimmed! The OS looks promising, as I recall in their first interview they sad that they will show their first phone running new OS till the end of the year and we saw an old developer unit.

The GUI design is really HORRIBLE. You need to move between many screens and windows. No applications, no games. The success of an OS is the ecosystem. Here there is no ecosystem. So, Nokia make the right choice to abandon it. Zero sales on this phone.

The "Harmattan" MeeGo-skin looks a lot better than this, but it is still a lot better than the boring Metro-"tiles" and every app ui, music player and "contacts" and..., looking almost identical in every WP8-app!
Android, even Froyo, is still far better than this!

This is very exciting! The this OS could provide a better niche for those who like it fluid and simple. I do hope it gets a lot of developer attention though. Nice work on the ambiance feature :D

Once you notice his fingernails you won't be able to see anything else.

What little parts of the os I saw before I noticed looked fresh though. Best of luck to you all Jollers! :)

I would probably not want all my open apps to be displayed as a card on homescreen....

Liking the look so far. Hope they can break into Western markets, it'd be a shame if Sailfish didn't get some popularity over here.
