Being free with some problems is far better than being in a jail with everything! so what about if that in that jail you do not have anything special but limitations and with the freedom you have everything ( after jellybean smoothness also , and android versions were never as laggy as you tell)! Freedom is enough and is our right! this is the case of wp , android , ios and this is why android leads and will never drop in other than your dreams! Google, Thanks for standing for FREEdom , innovation and reasonability , without you nobody can even own a smartphone , you changed the world and made everything at a reasonable price and without your competition apple and m$ products will be very very very costly without at all looking at people in the middle! The only complain about WP is lack of apps and games and live tiles(which i think is a personal opinion rather than a complaint) WP 8 will also pick up pace, its MS after all, they have got tons of money, that's one thing for sure.

To set the record straight, I have a Lumia 820 and the OS is absolutely brilliant.
I realize the "appzz and gamezz" count is lesser than iOS/droids, but I find most of what I need (even if I miss a few games). The OS is super smooth and UI is drop-dead gorgeous.
I don't understand why people who've never used WP just look at the marketplace count and mindlessly bash WP.
You know who childish that sounds when people stupidly drone "worst OS" and "complete failure" without ever having used it?
Not a fanboy (I also have an android phone at home) but it isn't cool man, to simply say stupid stuff.

How many uses windows xp... morefisrt of all windows pc is far different because it is open , unlimited and very capable and true multitasker not as the junk wp! you are talking nonsense! and plus I won't at all use windows 8 with its metro ui and chrome os , android , ubunutu, Mac OSX are ready to replace ( although MAC is as limited and worse) , about chrome os it is really young but very speedy capable , open and has a lot of android apps made for it, secondly sorry i am writing my posts by using my android smartphone or my chromebook! LOLz
