For 2012, Samsung sold the most no. of phones all models put together and apple came next followed by nokia and all others like htc, sony, lg etc. wagging their tails at the rear. Of course all of them had metal bodies in their phones too!

Bombarded with requests for a US launch.. yeah, right.
Might have something to do with the fact that the iPhone 4s, then 5, THEN SGS3 were the best selling phones - in that order.
iPhone has absolutely smashed the Galaxy S3 in total sales.. yeah sure if you include all the garbage that android sells they win, but who cares about that..

Lol the Samsung haters are funny when it's HTC or nokia using plastic it's polycarbonate but when it's Samsung it's cheap plastic even though it's been said a million times that it's polycarbonate which is a stronger variant of plastic...

Anonymous, 25 Feb 2013Plastic is bad......polution....fragile...ugly look...cheap... morePlastics are not bad they are the materials that are now widely used and offers many innovations compared to the old fashioned aluminum also aluminum made phones such as iphone5 have very rough edges, plastics are not cheap specialy on sportscar production such as the lexus lfa were they used a more expensive carbon fiber reinforced plastic over the cheap and rusty aluminum so before you judge about plastic made samsung you should read your words before posting because you have nothing to prove for yourself

Well, i gotta admit this is earlier than expected! April-May was seemingly a more anticipated time 4 the launch! However, apparently Samsung feel it's the right time 2 steal the march from HTC,Sony n others,although I really hope they don't launch a premature product with less than stellar specs! It's imperative 4 Samsung 2 deliver the goods this time and also the S4 should be clad in a new trade jacket, if they're to avoid any more boring lawsuits from Cupertino! We might soon be seeing 6-month Galaxy launch cycles, that'd be real exciting! Hey Sammy, where be the FOLEDs?

Come'on GSMarema we need as much info as possible from the march 14 launch specs wise. Can't wait to lay my hands on the galaxy S iv. No matter what I'm getting one as soon as it's available in my country.

Funny how people already praise the phone to be the next best thing while it isnt even out yet.
