Hello,
if anyone else still is using Symbian phone...
The wonders of the world are not over..
I'm just updating new maps to my Nokia 808 with Nokia Suite 3.8.54.
1/3 done and loading, will give later more comments as the full update is done...

im still hoping 4 new symbian phone like e6-00. Symbian phone s stil best for me, i d0nt like android, and windows phones. Symbian is best coz many application made best supporting, sis, sisx, jar extensions..

when i click on download it showing no WIFI connection available please configure WIFI in phone internet destination settings which i couldn't find please give me solution that i can download maps offline use easily

When I click on maps in my PC suite it directs me to here.com where I cannot find the maps downloader.
Can anyone put here the link to those downloads?

I update my nokia n97 map to version 3.6 but its not offline navigation

Though I know that Symbian is dead and no more new Symbian phones? Still waiting for 5.5" Symbian phone! Nokia, please make it possible! You have spent a lot of resources for the development of Symbian into Belle. Now why should you waste all the investment without reaping the harvest!

How can something flourish when it was born-a-paralyzed?
Windows phone os is still alive today just because of one reason. Consumers who want to buy a good phone from nokia are but forced to use Windows os.If you want proof just check the market share of Wp running phones. Also everyone should understand a fact: Apple's domination is only in iOS where it is the sole player. Samsung for sure beats every other brand in android, But still when it comes to facing nokia,in WP os, we all know who the real winner is. A brands strength must be assessed by its performance in a competitive market. And since nokia manage to beat every other brand in its playground, It is the real winner.

symbian & Elop who is the failure...?
Nokia should have draw more plans for symbian about how hardware manufactures will use symbian os and influence third party programmers.... There is nothing wrong with symbian os...by the way I still play pandemonium on my e71.. Phone without GPU but still plays HD games.. Symbian Nooo quadcore is needed.

Asker, 19 Jul 2013what is better? Google maps OR Nokia maps?
JUST ASKING!!! :)Ive used both google navigation and nokia drive for a road trip in the US:
1)offline availability gives nokia a big edge for places outside big citites.
2)google maps better when it comes to something like looking for a restaurant to eat nearby
3)Most importantly, google navigation ignores you completely on freeways, while nokia maps tells you to ignore each exit (avoids confusion)
4) The road is displayed better on nokia maps, but searching for something on the go is harder

the symbian is the best os can run and multitasking in such low hardware but the worst part and it make it let say dumped is the third developers support,the language of symbin really hard to programmed and nokia didnt support developers or make symbian easy to programmed
