  • Where is 64gb?

"Cheaper" version might mean 8/16gb only. bye bye 32gb... let alone 64gb.

And there is the only announced octa-core mobile CPU - that is 8-core Cortex A7 inside of Mediatek MT6592 SoC. Exynos 5410 and 5420 are quad-core. Qualcomm MSM8960DT (Moto X8) is a cheap, budget, cut version of Snapgragon 600 with 2-core Krait instead of 4.

Stay in the US, let them deal with this mess.

Fzn, 03 Aug 2013The Moto X benchmark scores are higher than the S4 and the One. ... morePlease google yourself. Samsung s4 Antutu benchmark score : 28018, HTC one : 22678 while Moto X : 18753. Only a stupid say MotoX is better than S4 and HTC One.

Moto and Google have no respect for non US markets. Why would we want an inferior version of what Americans get? I thought Moto would change with this product- they launch like this; 1.start a rumour mill about a fantastic product 2.finally release it well below expected spec 3.Tell your non US customers they won't get it but a cheaper version will be made available! I refuse to say this is a typical US strategy because Apple don't do this. An iPhone has the same name, same spec and same support worldwide. I have a Motorola Razri and its great but this attitude towards me, a non-US customer leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Carlos, 03 Aug 2013This phone is the smartest smartphone out now. As far as the... moreTegra 4 runs on more than 80 cores. Exynos 5410 runs on at least 26 cores. So your "8-core" Moto X8 is quite outdated.

Older chipset, no external storage, nothing special build...how will they make a cheaper version? They've already cut every possible corner..well, maybe they could omit the camera flash?

This is just a normal mid-range android phone with "design and assembled in USA" label on it.

A cheaper version? This version only has mid range specs as it is! Htc one and gs4 wipe the floor with this device.

Why it's not coming to Europe? Does it looks like people can't afford expensive phones?
