I can see being upset because of the mid-range specs, with a high price range... But to call Motorola Nationalist is not right and uncalled for... Didn't you know that Korean OEM's sell certain of their phones only nationwide also... Chinese OEM's sell exclusively to their country too... Please "grow-up".

Given the specs, which are average at best, I curious but not remotely interested in this phone. Second of all, Motorola seems to ignore Europe altogether so no surprise there. Absolute, rubbish strategy and quite frankly, who is going to miss this mid ranger? LG G2, Honami take my money...please!

You could have at least offered the basic colours in Europe which is a lucrative market but no problem Moto, you won't be missed one bit. You can take your rubbish mobiles and stick them where the sun doesn't shine. Don't let the door hit you on the way out.

Since yesterday's release, I'm failing to see how this is a competitor against Apple and Samsung. Motorola stated they want to compete against these manufacturers, but it doesn't look good so far.

Thank you for the hype. RIP.

With this sales strategy Moto, I will be gladly give my money to Koreans for electronics and to Japanese for cars. I wish you to become the first major nationalist corporation to go bankrupt.

Anonymous, 02 Aug 2013How can the device be cheaper. It would have to contain eve... moreThis is very simple to understand. The is services like Moto Maker which won't be available, not 18 differents colors maybe only 9 colors. No Namo sim carte maybe micro sim. Less accessory or things like that.

But seing the Droid mini price at $99 on contrat compare to the Droid Utra at $199 this is clear that the 2 phones have the same specs but only screen makes the difference 4.3 vs 5 inch.

But I'm sure we will have the same specs with less customisations.
