And I was referring very much to this specific page and a few other very like pages. Especially referring to this device.

You all want to compl... moreI wouldn't agree with your observation that there is more windows trolls than haters.
In the last couple of days here on GSMarena were posted two new reviews on tablets(LG,Samsung).You can go and check if there was any kind of trolling in the comment section.
Although tablets are in more heated battle,than flagship phones which are more or less similar now.
I wouldn't say that there is no mindless windows trolls.But as i can see,its mostly on MS/Nokia articles where all this is happen.

After all, the money even made by these OEMs doesn't belong to any of us here.
I personally find Android very productive and a very progressive platform, I also find Samsung particularly a very innovative brand and so far worth every penny. Only of their phone i regret buying is the Omnia 7, a nightmare really!
