Multi window options not working in note 2 after installing 4.3. The screen mode shows as disabled. Solutions please

Ram usage increased by about 200 MB for me.
Settings menu is now tabbed.
Apps can be moved to SD-Card.
Lock screen widgets and day dream.
Camera is a little faster.
Gallery has new layout.
NO VISIBLE UPDATES FOR S-PEN.
Overall nice.

Android 4.3 and Touchwiz is RAM hungry + My N3 still lags, while N2 is super smooth with good multitasking.
I'm not gonna update to 4.3.

Got mine in India.. So far so good.. Screen looks sharper then before n the new keypad is much better.. Knox rocks.. nothing much with spen, same old features. Menu looks different. Basically it was much needed update..
