Nokia Has The Right to Sue What so Ever Company that infringes on it's patents and that's why they'll sue htc at all cost! As For Apple, They've signed a lifetime deal with Nokia over their patents and as a result of that, Nokia Earns 11$ share on every apple device and Samsung on the other hand, renewed their patent agreement with Nokia recently on a 5year deal until another renewal and that's why we had a recent rumour(leak) on gsmarena that samsung are in the process of manufacturing a 20MP camera handset and is soon to drop!!! If you indeed wanna be free from being sued,then avoid using patents you've not licensed or go sign an agreement and get a license for it's use!!!!!Period

This ruling is a farce how can HTC be held liable for a breach in the patent when it is embedded in the chip which is supplied by another company.

Had HTC done the same they would have avoided all this litigation. Nokia is right to sue anyone who infringes on them. Any other company would do the same.
