If u look at current phones atm you ... moreActually the G2 has 0.2 inches bigger display size over S4, not 0.5 inches as you incorrectly stated (5.2 vs 5.0 inches). And the body is actually slightly larger than S4 as well, not the same. Therefore, if this rumor is true, it would be improbable that the G3 with 5.5 inch display would have a smaller body than a 5.2 inch display phone unless LG decreased the top and bottom bezels significantly in addition to further reduction in side bezel width.

Oh..stop hate on LG!
We all know they are doing great job since LG Optimus G.
Even L series are good.
I don't throw hate on Samsung, HTC or Sony.
I just think that LG is underestimated.
I think it can go head to head with Samsung.
People are sceptical.
Thats why they would rather go for Samsung over LG.
I think both companies are great.
No hate guys.
Both G3 and S5 will rock.
I'm sure of it. :)

If u look at current phones atm you will see that the g2 has a bigger screen than the competition with smaller body size than most. I mean it has 0.5 more inches screen than the s4 in the same body. I think this will repeat on the g3 which will be same size (if not smaller) than the gs5 with a 5.2 screen... Rest is history my friend as they say. Take a look at current flagships and u will see that the g2 is better than the z or the s4 and even note3 since u care about screen size

JDI is part owned by Sony but as we know Sony doesnt actively use components from their joint ventures, like before when they still had share of SLCD they never used them.
JDI does not make triluminous displays, thats a well known fact that shouldnt be necessary to point out in the first place.

[deleted post]Thats good for you, personally i got a strong distaste for Samsung after i had Note 2, truly a POS, and when the region lock scandal surfaced they burned all the bridges that could have led me back to them. I rather buy Apple. In fact i already am, already sold my kids Samsung tablet 3 days ago and buying iPad Mini 2. I also stopped my mominlaw from buying Samsung washing machine, we take all our business elsewhere after the region lock disaster.
The worst part about the region lock was the lies and the arrogance and the silent introduction, no cellphone manufacturer should tell us to "bite the pillow, we're coming in dry". You however seem to rather enjoy it?
