If its true then, its awesome, camera should be 6up, and there shouldn't be any purple tint issue in low light which was there in htc one.
right now m enjoying HTC one, may be i ll upgrade ;)

Not many even need it. The fact is, you're going to get much better performance from two really fast cores than 4 OK cores. This is why Apple's CPU performance is better than Qualcomm's. I hate Apple, but facts is facts.

It would be packing Snapdragon 800 since 805 is not yet available. That would become available come 2nd to 3rd quarter of 2014 according to Qualcomm. Anyway, there's nothing wrong with One's design. Upgrading the battery, camera and screen resolution (2k so that they could cope up with the competition) should also be htc's concern.Just sayin'. I'll be waiting on htc's next phablet on October so that I could upgrade my One max to their next monster phone. :)

As it stands apps need more cores and better clocks, both at which iPhone falls short of. I guess it is great to run benchmarks on iohone as benchmark tests are the only ones really optimized for armv8 but not really that great for anything is...

Battery and camera where the big downsides of HTC ONE.. If they address those 2 issues and the rest are as they seem in M8, HTC has a very good offering this year. Sadly they have lost alot of their costumers because of privious bad experienses and updates and it's hard to win them back.

Anonymous, 06 Feb 2014Snapdragon 800? Really HTC? That's last year's chip. What's wrong with 800? HTC Sense is well polished, unlike Samsung Touch crap. 800 will last you for another couple of years unless you are really a speed freak.

Nice, at last much thinner bezel and a menu key. Hope there is a memory card though. Otherwise S5 will definitely be my choice. The next months will bring lots of interesting new phones from every brand Samsung S5, LG G3, Sony Z3, HTC M8....Hard to choose !

Amazing as always HTC, would have been nice to see the newer processor but i'm sure this'll hold it's own.
