But even the 1400mah bettery in the Iphone 4 could've been bigger then. It was non removable...Leaves a little room for more capacity. And most of all lithium polymer as opposed to lithium ion. Polymer can hold larger capacities in even smaller sizes...
Not only was it smaller than it should've been then...But now on the Iphone 5S aka 7th iphone...3 iphones later and 4 whole phones together....It has only increased like 100mah....PATHETIC.

They scam millions up to billions out of schools.
Their phones are copied ripp offs that use system wide restriction as a fake illusion of perfection. So they offer copied things, less size, specs, hardware, and an OS no better than the rest...Though they claim it's supreme, and it's severely restricted...
Then they charge you the same price as the most innovative and advanced technology for this over hyped brick.
It's a socially confirmed and accepted scam. And everyone blindly follows it. And what they do and get away with in these courts including lying, falsely claiming rights and ideas, photo shopping, stealing, going after shapes, disobaying court orders, changing their stories...It's plain HORRIFIC.
And the courts letting this go on, allowing photo shopped evidence, childish claims, denying Samsung to be allowed to bring up their own evidence including blue prints, prio designs, concepts, and other means. The president going on to veto Samsung, but allow apple to win.
Apple is even in the approval process for being granted a patent for the set up their stores....Table line up and glass facading. You know the same way every store looks....Even some garage sales.....But they are actually close to getting approval.....
That's the world we live in. Jobs ran around copying and stealing things left and right "good artists coying, great artists steal, and I've been shameless for stealing many great ideas over the years"...Then says stealing is bad and attacks everyone...weather they actually stole or not.
It's more than just fanboy crap...It's a nasty scamming dirty company.

I in fact followed the case quite closely over at FOSS patents. I mentioned things that actually happened, while you gave emotional outbursts stating that suddenly the courts are all wrong. Then you actually tell others to learn about the case. Kind of pathetic dont you think? Well, at least that's what people reading your comments would think anyway.

It could not even Send MMS for crying out loud.
You could not even MMS until the IOS update that followed after the 3GS.
It did not and still does not have flash support.
First did not even have 3G. That was the 3G
The first two did not even record video for heavens sake. That was the 3GS as well that finally recorded.
It was also the 3GS that fianlly got the bump up to 3 whopping 3mp camera....Still no camera flash though.
Of course could not and still cannot send to other phones through bluetooth.
It took til the Iphone 4 before it had decent ANYTHING. In fact the Iphone 4 was the first Iphone that was caught up and decent. Was also the last one to be a real true upgrade.
It got a nice IPS up from the horrible tfts pf the past, great 5mp and first with a camera flash. HD recording. COPIED FROM SAMSUNG. And all around decent.....For an Iphone....
Even regular crappy flip phones before the Iphone existed could send MMS, record videos, send bluetooth files, using moving background...I think IOS FINALLY recently acquired this, some even had camera flash and file browser...even multi tasking...BEFORE IPHONE CAME OUT. And of course 3G.
You had smart phones especially like Nokia ones that could do things that just blew that giant ipod out of the water.
And the Omnia HD that was around during the 2nd iphone.
It had a marvelous 8mp camera, Symbian light weight extremely amazing OS, FIRST HD playback and recording, awesome dual speakers, first large Amoled display which destroyed every crappy tft available then. Even can be seen decently in most sunlight on it's lowest setting.
Camera flash, flash support, built in file manager, extremely flexible/customizable, 3D multi tasking. And all those goodies.

A lot of the Apple bashing is also unfair, and mainly on auto-pilot these days, which is ironic given that Apple haters used to call their users sheep. A lot of sheep behaviour is being shown by Samsung users these days, which is really funny, as it has become a sort of bizarro-iPhone parody, and yet they still take time to laugh at others lol.
Lastly, read about Tim Cook which may give you pause, given all the hate you guys pour on him, while totally ignoring the leadership at Samsung. Funny how this was not reported by Apple hating media.

She declined many Apple requests, and also overturned Samsung too. If you followed the court case, you would have seen how it kept yo-yoing with both Apple and Samsung frustrated with the judge. In the end, the judge made judgment, and it is a fair one. It is not about whether or not there was copying, plenty of companies take inspiration. However, Samsung 'blatantly' copied, and in the process affected Apple's sales.
Can one deny that? After all, since the Galaxy series, Samsung has become the dominant Android smartphone manufacturer.

If it was your company, would you like to launch devices in market place to dispute with other devices or be exceeded with the same devices forever?
Samsung innovates, Apple innovates, Sony, Lg (more and more each year)...
Devices trend to be similar. But not even Apple came with all tecnologies they use, Apple simply turn it most popular.
Same as S-Pen, you see a pen touching the screen only in very very old small tablets (much before Ipad, Galaxy Tab and others came), and Samsung bring it to its own devices.
That has a name: market competition.
