As mentioned, the person who did the photographing didn't adjust his Nikon correctly and take poor shots. However, he could not hide the fact the DSLR photos have wider color gamut than the rest.
But overall, I'm still impressed with the OnePlus camera. However, I still might not get it due to the predict large size of the phone.

This is the phone I've been waiting for. I still can't believe they were able to give it top of the line specs and price it so competitively. The only thing I'm not too fond of is the screen size. 5" - 5.2" is ideal, but aside from that, it's perfect.

OnePlus One was lying a lot.
I can't believe these are taken by that phone.
Let's wait for a later fair comparison from GSMArena or Engadget when the phone is released

The dSLR photos don't look correct. They appear to have been shot using jpeg, not RAW. Any photographer isn't going to shoot jpeg, if they want the best quality they can achieve. Out of the box default jpeg over compresses and overprocesses the image.
That 3100 is about the same age as my Nikon D5000 and it shoots MUCH better photos than that, even with a kit lens that they probably used on the 3100

lol what a fake xD camera is not even focused, and I see that is forced to use some weird mode so its quality is a bit medium.
Give me a break with this one plus its so Iame publicity, dont see the point of making so big wow for this phone

Those smartphone photos aren't taken with the phones. Remember the Nokia 920 OIS demo video that's was shot using a stabalized pro camera? Marketing department do this all the time.

I'll wait for real reviews from websites instead of these samples. Sure they look great but the previous samples of the 1+1 with the girl looked pretty bad just like every other Android phone. I would love a great camera for Android because it's my favorite OS on smartphones. The person did not focus correctly on purpose when using the D3100 as a marketing trick, and lo and behold, some people fall for that based on some silly comments. I have a D3000 and no camera phone can match it. Only the 808 can compare sometimes.

It looks so unrealistic to be true and even if they are, there's plenty of tricks here, biggest of all: they're pretty much all closeup-macro shots, with the subject very close. This is something that a 18-55 lens does not handle well, that is why all the blur and sub-par performance of the D3100.

This definitely puts the 1020 and 808 to shame. And one plus one will be the best cameraphone ever to be invented. Even DSLRs are no match for this. We should all start shooting movies using this cameraphone. I predict this phone to outsell the iphone once it is available.

The one plus one get too many news . It use Sony 13mp sensor so decent result should be expected like other bsi sensor device . However its not worth so much attention .
Themproblem with HTC is they keep advertise their phone camera and keep anit like one x and 4 magical ultra pixel etc.

DSLR is not been used by a photographer . Probably a 5 year old kid has taken those photos with Nikon 3100 .
They are just making fun .

I'm sorry, but in terms of noise levels and colours, the phones are doing as great of a job as the DSLR - and like I said, I use DSLRs and do a lot of photography.
