I got a good question. So the display has covered the whole side of phone or some of it. How to correctly hold the phone without any interference with the curved touchscreen at the side.

Most of the time in real life when the phone slips from our hand and falls on the edge it's the small rocks or objects that pose a concentrated force on impact. This is very different from a larger area spread impact. It's these pin pointed blows that lead to screen shattering.

Corning is still Samsung's big partner and their flexible Willow glass line is still glass (Akali free borosilicate) It's not plastic. Just like all bendable stuff so far it bends only along a single plane.

I really don't see any benefits of curved edged displays, especially on smartphones.
