got the update in uae yesterday.camera intereface changed completely.i feel the old interface was better

Hi htc one m7 users. I want to share d experiences aftr being got the sense 6 version in india 2 days back.
1. EXTREME POWER SAVING MODE: I didn't notice any drastic battery endurance changes whn I put on the extreme power saving mode on my htc. Its a gimmicky thing i guess. Its still draining like d previous version in sense 5.5. Don't knw fr any gud effect I need to factory reset or not.
2. The phone certainly feels much faster & better looking now. Over all the sense 6 version is much smooth & attractive.
3. The themes & wallpapers are jst top notch. Looking vry vibrant on my htc one. Seems like I hv got a new one. The ringtones has changed too. All the ringtones r new n it takes sum time fr me to get adjust.
Overall the sense 6 update made my phone much stable n new. Thank u htc.

just got the update info a while ago, but im using my data plan, so i cancel to get a wifi connection but when i try again its says that there are no updates available.. im here in Saudi Arabia..

I bought my m7 couple of months ago, aside from extreme heat when I'm using it, which I learned that it is normal for a quadcore to give such amount of heat, I never experienced any other problems with my phone. Just recently updated to Sense6 and I found it quite amazing. I can say I did a good "investment" in buying the One. Just a thought....^^

mali, 27 May 2014I'm from Egypt and i got the update last Thursday 22-05-201... moreDouble tap for HTC ONE M7 is avalailable even for sense 5.5 if you root your phone and instala TWRP - from teamwin.
You can double tap to wake up, and even use the capacitive area of the top of HTC logo for closing the phone to standby, keeping it pressed for 1 second.
The tutorial there is very simple.
Just search for TWRP - from team win for HTC One M7 on Google.
