If the update window does not pop up at this point, click check now. It's better to download the update using wifi, saves you operator fees, except you have unlimited internet access. Hope that helps?

Double tap feature is hardware dependent. M7 is unable to support that compared with M8

megaversatile, 27 May 2014When will I get the update in nigeria... seriously waiting ... moreThe camera problem is hardware, not software or firmware. It has been covered in many dev threads on XDA Developers. You have to return your phone to HTC for repairs, while you are still under warranty. I contacted HTC last month for the same issue (pink/purple noise) and after running diagnostics, which showed that the camera was OK, they've recommended to send the phone for repairs. It was already 1 month out of the warranty, so I swapped the phone for a Note 3 instead.
Should not have waited all this time to contact HTC. :(
