Its now becoming obvious that the D6603 is not the Z3, or that these stories are fake. I bet we will see something real soon, if not we just wait for Sonys official announcement.

haters don't reply.if Sony produce 2 flagships a year this doesn't mean that you shall buy, 2 flagships a year with a bit changes for refreshment,you have z1 go to z3, you have z2 go to z4,you are rich go to all,it's easy equation.

hazznat, 12 Aug 2014Samsung s2 out sales sony z2, very strange!!??Do you think so? I am having both S2 and Z2; and still using the S2. I am happy with both phones. If you talking about Sales, when the time S2 was launched it was the best phone with good specs and less competitors. Nowadays, Z2 faces lots of competitors and there is no reason that Z2 can or cannot do better. It just the timing and technologies that ppl are willing to pay for. If you already own a Z2 then no point for Z3 upgrade unless you like its new design. For those who is going to own it, might as well wait for Z3. Some issues might have been fixed and it could be a more stable device. Cheers.

But Sony is bleeding money and updating their phone line on a semiannual cycle cuts into development capabilities, as well as it requires them to provide support and updates for double the models. Updates have not been Sony's strong suit even before they moved to this schedule.
Not bashing the phone, just questioning the business sense of pushing hardware updates so frequently.
