Hopefully it has a faster SoC, not that the S801 is slow by any means, but it'll make the device that more attractive.

Why dont they remove that gimmicky second camera and bring back the OIS coupled with a good 13mp sensor. The second cam is so '7ard3d that M8 owners should feel like Forrest Gump, and for good reasons.
