No need of microSD memory card. Runs without any fuss.
Neither Nokia nor WhatsApp has listed 208 model support in their sites.
But it work for me.
Note - I use ONLY single sim; Do NOT know if that makes any difference in case you are trying with both sims ON

A.Z, 07 Dec 2013Friends which 1 sud i buy 208 or 301? if uve got extra bucks better opt for 301...i bought 208 but was quite dismayed by its rubber keypads, micro sim etc etc so i bring it back immediately to where i purchased it and luckily they agree to change it...so i buy the 301 adding 500php...its all worth it i tell u...buy nokia 301!!!

Dear Nokia 208 users, i wish to buy this mobile. Can u tell me about its video player? I mean is it playback a video file [3gp,Mp4 etc & video Reg: 320x240, 20/25 fps] in portrait mode on full screen?
Can u give us some video playback ScreenShot in portrait mood of Nokia 208?

I have gotten this phone from w electronics and the first one had an screen spot issue. They were great to replace it and this one works just fine.
PROs:
-dual sim works great and simple
-really great feel in hand
-stable os and apps
-whatsapp works if you copy it manually to the phone/SD card
-camera is great and images look clean
-sound quality is great
-edge is fast even on google maps, twitter and weather app
CONs:
-battery life is not great: 1 sim about 3 days, 2 sims less than 2 days
-when i have two sims in, and does not matter what carrier sim i use it says the storage is not ready.
battery could be better, my GX200 last 5-7 days with both sims even after 3 years of use.
-ear piece sound is low and a bit muffed
-speaker sound is really low and unclear
-microphone does not pick sound beyond 1 meter away
-3G could not test in USA since the radio bands
-does not ring loud or the alarm is really quiet
I would get C2-01 or Nokia 2700 Classic over this. I also got a Nokia Asha 309 and that was worst than this. Keep is classic Nokia do not mess up this phones too.

My 1 week usage pros/cons about nokia 208
pros:
stylish
light weight
good battery life if u use 2G(i always prefer 2G)
good internal memory
call quality,ringtone clarity is superb,we can hear even in noisy areas(this is the first model where fixed all sound bugs) :)
display is nice and look and feel is good
Wechat /Line is working :)
cons:
for 5K,they would have add some more battery capacity from 1020mah to 1200 or 1300mah..etc...
Whats app is not supported :(
NOTE:I never charged 8hrs like all dealers telling,i just startedto use it when i bought it..now a days all batteries fully loaded..dont follow the 8rhs charge always :)
