I haven't personally come across these fake devices. These cost like good core-i7 based laptops. Best advice is to get one from a Samsung outlet.

The voice command and translator on the Note 3 are more accurate than Siri.

But if voice commands are important to you then apples Siri is perfect for you. You can buy both. You will actually find that the note 3 complements the ipad mini very well. But truth be told, the note 3 is a decent device so don't write it off so easily.

this phone is not upto my expectations.S Voice wake up not working now.There is no video call feature.Very honestly speaking this phone is overrated by samsung fans.

A brighter screen.
Bigger battery but a few minutes less in screen on usage.
Air view with a finger without the S Pen.
You can resize the whole screen 75% for one-handed operation by double gesturing from the screen side.
The S Pen (which you wrongly commented as scratching the screen) can now operate the menu and back capacitive keys.
There is a new Adapt Sound to adjust the frequency ranges of your hearing with the earset phones.
It has a temperature, humidity and barometer sensor (which you wrongly commented as impossible since the Note 3 is not waterproof).
Smart scrolling for scrolling page contents from your eyes motion.
Smart pause to pause videos when you look away.
Voice control for camera shooting.
And yes, app data transfer to micro SD.
These extra features above just completely leaves your imaginary iPhones/IPads to being the latest dumb phones or tabs. The future is rather already here with the Galaxy Note 3.
