i bought idol x plus but in my device the loud speaker one is perfect but the other one sound olmast could be hear or not work is itnormal or what ?!

I bought this phone from flipkart; it was working well; I upgraded to kitkat; then my friends started complaining that my phone was not reachable on many occasions; I realised that my alcatel idol x+ could not be reached when I see full signal on my handset; I had to restart and then the phone started working. I gave the phone to the Mumbai service centre and they replaced the PCB; now the phone is working well on android 4.2.2. So friends please do not update to android kitkat on this phone; if you are thinking of buying this my advice: "please avoid - service is very poor"

It made even my friends having iPhones jealous. It is so light, sleek, has bright colours and everything apart, it is a budget mobile. I wish alcatel publises more about its products and push many more such awesome products into market in future.

but very good service from flipkart ,as far a mob is concerned you can go for it
moto g (2)is also good but camera is moderate
