The comments those are mentioned here in the blog which I ignored while buying this phone coming to be a true...... Huge network issue and the best part you will never realise that the phone is actually OFF. The worst part is that being a dual sim phone both personal and official nos go off together.. so no touch with the world !! Otherwise phone is nice .... if possible avoid !!

After kitkat update, I face signal drop issues every now and then. It's annoying. Don't update to kitkat.

Its been a few months I've used this phone, I have disabled almost 30 default softwares and have removed almost ALL of the preinstalled software that I can uninstall. Omg you developers, just leave it clean.. you tainting the Alcatel brand with your shitty pre-install bloatware programs. We have paid a heavy price for this and demand that this sh**** bloatwares to be totally and utterly be removed. Grow up already!, we do NOT need those programs, just leave it clean.

Friends having network problem can say that they are using original Micro-SIM or the modified one from regular SIM?
As I am using this phone since last one month and used original Micro-SIM (replaced from service provider)It works well.

Kitkat os restricts direct access to storage...... So after update usb otg doesnt work. We need to get satisfied with that 12.5 gb storage only .. Ofcourse can manage juice with a powerbank.

Also, Use some tool such as clean master and see what is using up your CPU, Memory and cleanup some junk files.
OTG is supported. But there is no option to directly record video into OTG device from devices like Camera (In KitKat version).

the phone is superb no comments on it the thing is it's spares r not as cheap and affordable as the phone
i droped it and the glass cracked touch is not working and it costs 7500 to get it replaced

Hello all,
I bought this phone from Flipkart and came with KitKat version. As this phone doesn't have an external memory, is it supports OTG?
Also I felt my drains very fast even I didn't put my Sims. Compared with my Lenovo S820, it is not good phone in terms of Battery, Customization, UI etc. But of course RAM and processor is better.
