Hi! Can i ask any one if this phone touch screen is fast in response, like you can tap an apps, For just your finger nails, or do have to put your whole thumb to open an apps? And can it play stream videos like youtube? Please answer. Im thinking of buying it because my budget is 3500k only, and its cheap, please.

I've bought this set quite a months ago in nepal.
I wanted to upgrade the software using one touch upgrade.But as soon as the progress bar shows that the software downloading is completed,the application hangs and exits.I have tried this for about 4,5 times with battery fully charged.
Does anyone have any solutions?

I cant transfer my captured images to my memory card. for example i take a picture, i transfer it by using the "move to memory card" option. but when i check my memory card on my phone or in the computer, the saved image is not there. help?

Internet connection failure means at least one of the communication ports is blocked by a firewall, proxy, anti-virus or other security tools.
In order to access the One Touch Upgrade service, the one touch upgrade tool needs to set up connection to our servers on the following two communication ports:
Tcp/30007
Tcp/30008
The used protocol doesn’t support proxy. If you have a proxy, please configure it in order to allow direct connection on these previously listed ports.
If your phone fails to connect to PC, you might have a problem with your USB driver installation or you might have an anti-virus or security tool preventing you from accessing your USB port.
To allow proper communication between your computer and your mobile phone, you should make sure that the Alcatel mobile phone USB driver has been installed successfully.

Is this phone playing large size of .mp4 file correctly?
I tried to play one .mp4 file but it was failed.I want play .mp4 file not 3gp.
Also battery standby time is around 36 hours.It is too low compared to other phones.
How can I resolve these issues
