I can't update my OT-710D using the Alcatel One Touch Upgrade..can someone help me..I have a stable internet connection but an error always occurs when im within step 3 and step 4.. T_T

Sir nelson any suggestion for the scroll of this unit becoz when i use it to my bible application the scroll was not working. Thanks

From the videos i've seen of Alcatel in the MWC 2011, seems like good times ahead for Alcatel fans :D .The OT-990, OT-908 and OT-890 looks really really good. If priced correctly it would sell well. Looks like Nelson the one-man support army of Alcatel would be even busier this year :D

Is this phone playing large size of .mp4 file correctly?
I tried to play one .mp4 file but it was failed.
Also need you help abut reading .pdf file through phone.
I copied .pdf file into storage card and tried to read it.But it wasn't success.
Pls help me how can I resolve above issues.

I brought this phone last week. Actually I brought this phone because this phone is dual SIM enabled.
I would like to share my experience with you.
- This phone is Dual SIM stand by phone and not like Samsung Dual SIM Active phone. Dual SIM Active phone is the best one you can use both SIM at the same time.
- Touch Screen is not the greatest one. You feel some uncomfortable while using this touch screen facility(specially when you are moving up and down in main menu).
- Sound Quality is not to this generation phone.It has some low quality sounds.
- Camera is seems like 1 MP Camera not actual 2 MP camera. Photo quality is fair but not great.
- Price is very reasonable.
Those are my experiences I do not know how can we improve those weaknesses.

In OT-710D group, I have promised to post the UFB tricks for smart subscribers but was not able to post it there in the date I have promised because I am still very busy with my job. I was not able to spend time for UBT as I've promised because I treat my job as my first priority because it is where I get everything for my family. But I will still post it there the soonest time possible.
It is my pleasure to help my fellow Alcatel users. I have been helping since the time of OT-S853.

i tried to update my phone by downloading the updated version of the OS..
alcatel-mobilephonse.com downloads...
i chose OT-710D.. then after the alcatel PC suite, thers' this update of the software.. please help..
so eager to update this phone....
