Hello! This phone has a bad quality headphones (handsfree). But, bigger problem is built-in earphone of the phone. WHen it is set to maximum, I can barely hear people that I talk to (when in noisy environment). I might ask service center to check if it is my mobile only or the whole product range simply fails to deliver louder sound level. Apart from this, wifi is great. I find useful news reader and weather forecast. Facebook app is good but takes long to load (at least 45 sec!). Gmail java application is not stable and does not work properly. Cannot watch youtube videos. Skype does not work.

to the maker of this fone:please help us work the internet connection.i already had it for a month.my wifi is always active but cant connect to internet.i cant even log in to facebook.its not good!to all phone owners who knows how to solve it please help

afeter instalation you have choice about the configuration on step 1 clic no and ok(question is do you see thie video?)on step 2 you shuold be watch the video and click yes and ok) during the process the phone may turn off don't worry, just repaet the procedure again.I think this will be help for you

Anonymous, 13 Jan 2011Bolt doesn't work for video on u tube ! and the phone wont ... moreopera 5.1 on my phone doesen't work too.But bolt works I canbwatch youtube clips but the voice is not very loud. I go ti the web page of Bolt browser from my phone via WI FI , download bolt an install them.It works. After you install you must open one video clip ant the bolt must recognize your configuration. step1, step2....., until you get the pictures and voice. If the conection of WI FI is weak you mustwait longer time until bolt recognize and define your configuration (your phone)

ras, 30 Dec 2010for youtube install bolt browser for skype still nothing if... moreBolt doesn't work for video on u tube ! and the phone wont install or reconize opera5.1, he tells that the version is not supported ! ... anyone knows how we have to do ? we can sending an email to alcatel,and tell them the problem. then i hope they will launch in their site a new firmware version ..

I use this phone about 20 days and I don´t have any bad opinion about. It´s work very good, touch screen is good, wi-fi also, everything is good. For this price (in my country 65 euros) is the best phone in class. Stay good...

It`s easy to connect the phone to PC.You don`t have to download software or drivers,just connect via USB cable and the menu appears.Choose Mass storage device and the phone is in My computer like USB Flash drive.Just copy-paste :)

I buy yesterday alcatel ot 806 and the phone is very good. I want to ask how to update my opera to 5.1 because in the version of opera on the phone ise 4.1.

igor, 10 Jan 2011but bolt is taking money from the credit....maybe i don't know. I'm new user of this phone just 20 days and I haven't get the bill yet.I install the bolt and it works,and the WI FI sign is here .I think that this means that work on WI FI.
