i have bought one just two days ago. not bad, its pretty impresive. one thing tho, the software being bundled on it is incomplete. when i tried to install the software on the pc it requires this driver: Alcatel Mobile Phones composite driver installation disk. i tried to find out if there's some downloadable software on its homesite at www.tcl-ta.com, but there's none. even this model hasn't appeared on that site. can you help me find that driver ?

well this phone is good specially the sounds but the phole package needs some improvements its laggy and the sms have terribly big characters..tcl-ta can we have some firmware update on this phone

scroll some pages back, there i've allready asked if it supports bluetooth stereo; the answer is: no! If you capture a video with the fone it will be .3gp, as far as i know, but it can also play Mpeg4

Hey quite expensive there in Thailand. In Malaysia it launched at ~USD295. Video player support 3gp & mp4 format but only record in 3gp format. You can choose 10,30 seconds or unlimited( until memory card full). While playing mp3/radio you can go to main screen and access other menu , BUT when you are in typing message/in inbox/making or receiving call/using
phonecam/games & application the music/radio will pause until you are done with the function. Other function can be assessed without pausing the music player/radio- e.g you can access calculator/ alarm/ calendar/ my image/ my sound &so on. In short only some function can be accessed while listening to mp3/radio.
I just bought SE K750i for my bro yesterday-
most prominent different are the image quality of the phonecam-K750i have almost like a purpose built digicam image quality- while S853 cam mostly good for taking potrait picture/or short disance image while
panoramic view appear a bit blurry.
There are flight mode in K750i but not in S853. For sound quality while talkng on the phone I think they are almost the same.

When playing MP3s or radio, you can do anything - I think that is what you want to know.

I think that it has no fly-mode, but I am not sure.
The second thing you mean is called "Mutlitasking"
