Alcatel's mobile division are merged with TCL's, so there had been some delays. But i believe these phones will launch soon, as some of the models already did

Is Alcatel died ??? where is? S853 in my opinion died. Its about almost 9 months ( since march) its announced.Its shame Alcatel its shame.You lost the game on the top! :((( but i hope when it will be realised it will be more powerful - 320x240 pixels, 2.0 mpx camera. otherwise it will totaly lost the game of the best !!!

Hello. I've been waiting for this phone since April and I'm really happy to read that S853 is finaly released. Hey guy(excuse me for the appeal but u have written no name)are u sure it's on the market? What is the price in Euro or US dollars? Does anyone know if the phone has CCD or CMOS camera? It ain't no nokia to be expensive so i think it's not going to have a big price !!!
Just look at the phone is perfect! I have never saw a phone whit 2.1 speaker sistem !!! I think it will make so much noise that i can sell my car audio sistem an get the phone in the car !!! :))))

Not yet, but the press wrote about the phone and it said that the phone will be released in November and it will be about 299€ for sure

1000 Euro???..where do you live? In Germany its about 299 Euro. And in Germany everything is expensive!

Deffered to November. People of the Research and Development Center in France are still working on it. TCL announced 3 days ago that they will close the R&D Center in France. The release date had been therefor delayed.

I would like ask to all users of this HP, how good it's work? How much the price, because I can'y find the price in Indonesia's market. I think this phone is the new generation from alcatel to prove to market their technology, although alcatel is follower than innovator.
