To Maria:
Try another PC or another PC Suite. If you use the 4.17 version from your CD, this might happen. I think I faced the same mistake and was able to fix it by shifting to another PC. I personally think that the PC Suites from 757 and 853 somehow interfere with each other, as I have difficulties with even a 4.18 PC Suite version.

Hi guys, can anyone plz tell me how to send java games from my PC to my ot-s853, I don't have a sd card, only 10mb of memory in the phone, I tried via the component Content Manager from the pc suite, but it only sends video, pics and sounds to my phone. Help plz

Hi, i`ve sent miy Phone to servicepartner to make an firmware-update. SO can anyone tell me how to find out what version they loaded on my Phone. Cause the sticker still tells 169.

Hey all. I have the 853 phone and I absolutelly love it it's the best phone I've ever owned, but I have a problem with the pc suite cd, the phone and the PC are communicating fine, but when I try to install the components, installation stop at 'Multimedia Studio' and a 'error No 1603' message appears, if I press retry, the same message appears, and if I press ignore it installs other components, but they don't work. Please somebody help me solve this problem, I downloaded software from the web site, but it didn't help. Thanks in advance.

Try and see in the sms menu, you might have activated some block or something like that.

My phone cannot SEND and RECEIVE SMS messages any more. It always says " OUT OF MEMORY" ALTHOUGH I HAVE cancelled all the messages in INBOX, SENT and OUTBOX. Is there any one that can help me to solve that problem? I think it may be OK if we reset the phone. But unfortunately, I don't know if we can reset the phone by pressing some codes like other brand. Please help me if you could. Thank you.

I would say the most convenient way to put a bunch of MP3 files for playing on 853 is via card reader. It costs 7 euros. I have this think always connected and things are as fast as they can be.

Simple... the phone has a fully operational infra-red connection and you can simply hook it up to your PC by the included usb connection cable. Easy like I said.

K750 and OT S853 both have 262K display but OT S853 screen is much bigger than K750.

Resolution wise the screens are identical both have a TFT and both show 262K colours.
As for charging, I would leave it for a whole night the first time it loads...

and what is better? - when buy a new phone to charge imidiately for 12 hours , or to charge it when the battery is over

Anyway, Knight Rider, the best thing is when a phone fits its owner. I suggest using the camera to those who expect 5 Mpix performance from a mobile with no optics :)
I myself made one video with my phone when the cam was not around. And it satisfied me, also I may call myself a video professional :)
