Can i just say...
i think that apple knew what they were d oing not having MMS. They rushed it along. just to get people to buy it. that why is missing basic features...
they thing about apple... is they try and adpat everything to it... but wont let it adapt back to something else. t here for keeping all the money and trying to windle out competitors...
at the end of the day. they want money. that why all you apple computer users and iphone user pay out of your ass for apple. blowing 100s of dollars on apple stuff... and for what?
apple is a sham. there not bad technology. they just dont care about anything else but making the bucks. hence why you dickhead pay the big bucks for applications and everything has to be downloaded...
i mean i dont think any one phone is better. except at least most phones can adapter and work with most other technology in the world. apple has control over every single person that owns an apple product. and will make them pay what ever they can for there technology..

- You can't MMS
- Bluetooth only works with Apple Products
- No Radio
- No Video Calls
- No Expandable memory
- Only a 2 MP camera
- Must use Itunes for music
If you can prove me wrong then I accept that it is alot better than most other phones. The Iphone that I have is a 3G super-duper One, which the phone guy told me it would do this and that. But now it sits on my desk as a paper weight! And don't get me started about the battery!

Iphone this and Iphone that.. obviously Iphone people have NO lives, next you will be saying that the calculator is the most sofisticate technology to equate numbers.

I actually had a girl come into the shop where I work and we were talking about the iPhone and she said that was her only issue with it.
Now, I've been following this thread from the beginning and I just realised, whats the point of all these complaints? Why not go over to the Apple website and provide some feedback to them and hopefully it will reflect in their next update.
Seriously, if everyone who complained about no SMS forwarding and no MMS on here complained to Apple, they might just put it in.
Sure the iPhone isn't perfect, but its way more worth your while contributing to make it better than dissing it here where, we frankly don't care.

I recommend you get a Samsung i8510, the best Symbian phone currently available.

im thinking about getting an iphone 3g, my gf has one and they do look very good, obviously it does have a few features missing, but overall a very fun phone to have from what ive seen of it,
My question is, when u get a txt message, can u stop it from displaying on the main screen of the phone, its just that on my gf's phone her sms come up on the main screen even though she has a lock on her phone, i just dont think its very private incase u leave your phone on the side and someone could read your message!
