They are pretty strict about it.
So, the iPhone was designed to do the things that around 80% of phone users want to do, you are free to join the other 20% who only care about what they have on a specs sheet and other things which it is easy to live without.

Some of them cant even use their phone cause the screen is just flashing white. I have seen so many people with the face on their iphone cracked its begining to looking like a normal designe.

Who actually gives you theese numbers? who else than apple can centralise and say how many phone's it sold?
Your toy numbers mean nothing even if they are higher.
The numbers here actually show the overall interest for this device... wich against all what apple reports... is quite low.
As for pulling down the votes? Do you think iPhone would still have the honorable "7" if the 53839 N97 voters would come here and vote a "3"?
Apple only makes you belive it's popular and sells good... trut is... It's a medium range device with medium sales.

I don't give a damn about n97 because i'm not fanatic like you. I simply chose the best device according to my needs wich at that time was omnia HD.
As for the MSNBC article, well i'd take it as something positive or neutral at worst, everybody knows the iPod hype and everybody knows that if you were over 25 you either didn't want one or threw the old one in the garbage.
As for proving, you only managed to show your blind devotion towards steve, or maybe they pay you to and thats understandable. In that case you do a great job but the earth won't turn flat because steve thinks it's "sleeker" that way, I'm sorry.

you have no idea about the requirements of a business-class phone, aka. lifetime
POS pr no POS apple does not have a reliable operating sistem like the windows you so much loathe.
Apple only works because of companies like microsoft and nokia that you guys imagine to be so "low".
If you weren't an iSheep you'd see that apple is made out of spare parts from microsoft, nokia, sony etc.
