I have Iphone3gs, htc touch diamond & blackberry bold(company phone). Personally, I prefer to chose iphone 3gs. they can't compare the iphone in terms of performance, & applications. The applications is make the iphone great. I gave my htc to my wife because i already done comparing on it. And blackberry is good for company use only. Nothing much special.

I'm getting Sony Ericsson Satio, I had the Iphone 3gs and it is just missing to damn much! It is the most beautiful phone ever that's for sure, but it is just so darn far behind on fetchers. Sony Ericsson Satio here I come : )

Ha, apples supposedly bluetooth transfer.It only works from iphone to iphone. What a joke!

Sorry to interrupt...
I'm interested to get Iphone 3Gs, but one of my friend is working with my country telco, he is promoting this phone and I heard from him, this phone easily get hang-up. Just wonder any user having this problem or not.
And for the Iphone 3Gs, i read few website and also apple website, it does not mention or talk about able to play HD format or output HD format.
Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I agree Apple iphone have the most reliable and advance settings at the moment. We really shouldn't be comparing it to something thats not even out yet? Anyway, many companies try to make their OS look better more smooth and so on. But until today with all the phones I've tried iPhone has the most stable and reliable OS so far... And most of all with the idea of "App Store" that's the main killer that kicks every other company's butt. Now Blackberry, Android, Microsoft and Nokia OVI are all trying the same thing that Apple already started 1 year ago... And to the guys that keep saying iPhone can't do this and can't do that? Hey Apple decided not to put those things in it, not because they CAN'T. Apple have 1 phone against infinity phones out there and have a look at how many iPhones bee sold? But at the end of the day, doesn't matter how much crap I type here, it's really up to your own personal taste.

I know these things because I am a major Distro in china. where I get inside info. sorry to break your heart. but there are great & exciting phones coming out next year that will blow apple iphone out of the water.

Will that give me better music listening experiencer? Is the oled display more important than the music reproduction aspect of the device? The selling point for music players is the quality of audio, not display. As long as the display shows vibrant colors and it's clear, people would be happy with that. So I don't get it why you give so much emphasis on screen resolution. You're banking on the wrong features silly willy.

And yes, it is for battery life that Apple decided not to implement full multitasking on the iphone, and also because again, the iphone's UI is intuitive enough that you really don't need multitasking on it. I can be on a website, close it to open another app, and when I reopen safari, it takes me back exactly where I left off. So why would I need it actively running in the background?

We didn't buy the iphone so we can watch HD movies with it in the first place. So chill ok. HD movies is ideal on tv screens 40 inches and bigger. Not on any phone. Gosh, you must be some poor old homeless person who can't afford a flat screen tv, lol.

You can't add pixels to the Zune screen to bring it up to the iPhone resolution.
Since the first iPhone component video out has been supported via the dock connector, the only thing stopping 1080p is restrictions put in place by companies like Microsoft to prevent copying of movies.

The iPhone 3GS is capable of playing 1080... moreiPhone doesn't officially support playing them, if you already read the news carefully, you'd know that it crashed several times during the test, yes its hardware is capable of playing, its software doesn't support it. But the thing that obviously ZuneHD has over iPhone and iPod Touch is that it can already TV-out those HD videos, iPhone and iPod touch can't!

Macs ... moreYes, and that's exactly is not multi-tasking, it's called running just one app on top of another app, and that is only the iPod!! Not real multitasking. I'm not saying MacOSX can't multi-task, cuz it can, but on laptops, not iPhone, they didn't implement a real multi-task, and don't say for power saving reasons, I won't spend the whole day running over 5 to 7 apps on top of each other, but it just gotta have this ability in case I needed to!!
