I suppose you want to write your own os? Android also can't be changed. You can just play around with the icons and widgets...maybe it lets you feel like YOU are the creator of the os. I'm so glad I cannot change a thing. THAT would be a mess!

the worst thing there (and for some the only bad) is the estimate battery capacity. it is very little compared to other phones.

Trouble with apple iphone is u have to be prepared to buy every bit of media content you puton it. Video music films all have to be paid for like 5 songs will cost you five bucks wtf. I have hundred oc songs on my android fone look how much thay would have cost me if I was running a
Iphone 5. Secondly iphone 5 is the same design as iphone 4 but longer that look is startinv to look old relic like plus iphone 5 looks ugly because igs a streched iphone 4. If acfually looks like a old 3gs because it looks more curvey. Now lets not kid ourselvez the iphone os is looking out dated when compared to ics and jelly been. Everything is static and basic on iphone os you cant change anything. Igs the same os apple have been using since the first iphone just extremely small changes. Now the iphone 5 is not techni al enough there is no high end features found on high end android phones you cant even tv ouf via hdmi wtf? and this is like a £665 way too much

I'm an Apple fan but I suggest all of you to not buy it because it scratches very soon and don't update to 6.0.2 because apple published that version to force with untetherd jailbreak.

jellyman_7100, 20 Dec 2012Overpriced, low on specs but premium and a clear style statement.Overpriced? Not in my country. Same as GS3. Low in specs? Not a chance. All the specs the GS3 got are available....just easier. Only thing GS3 got extra is that it looks very important flipping through all the windows/pages....a few things...
1. icon for diary on iphone is exact day and date...GS3 just an icon....
2. Deleting things..swipe on entry from the right and delete....
3.Bookmarks a lot easier than GS3
4.Settings on clock for example.."wheel" that can be turned for date/time/year....
5.Pages on net...fit in screen..no need to swipe up and down
6.If you leave app at a certain stage..when returning to that app it is still where you left it
and there are a lot of these easy things. All of these are maybe on GS3, but it's easier on iphone. It's personal!!! And after all, it's someone else who earns the credit/critisism for the phone...not you and me...

if you are in the philippines if you have an iphone people say WOW you're a rich and attrach many people, even you are not in the middle class it makes you rich. but if you use samsung phone ahh ok she/he have a samsung phone..i go for iphone ^_^

[deleted post]Scratch and maps.....lol. What else are you people gonna get to degrade the iphone? Google maps is back, and what should be the reason that Google offer it for free as an iphone app? Cause they know where the volumes are. It's an old story, the maps and scratches. To find the map app on android is a bigger job than to download google maps on iphone....And the scratches...are you using your phone as a paint stripper tool? If these are the only flaws you can come up with, I still go for the 99,99% other features.....By the way, Nokia Maps are a lot better than google...turn by turn voice navigation....so..in the end it's a personal thing.

If you want a phone as well, it will be different story. My granddaughter's friend uses a galaxy note....but they are on the net all the time and playing games. If you need a phone to work with it is just too big. And to surf the net it is just not big enough (the 4,8 screens). Rather get your son a mini tablet or a tablet. All they do is playing games and surfing. It will be better for his eyes as well.

The funny thing is that only Android fans are always trying to convience Apple users how good SG3 is... It's never the other way around..
I've never seen anybody that carry IPhone trying to prove how good iPhone is..WHY?... Cuz is obvious....l
Android fans are like Mercedes owners that are trying to sell Benz to a Bugatti owner...lol
